Shipping
Products marked “Ships from us” are sent by Swiss Post within Switzerland within 1–3 business days after payment. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Payment
Payment is processed on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it:
- the item is unworn, with tags and original packaging;
- before sending it back, email us at info@myunboxingvideo.com with your order number;
- return shipping is paid by the customer;
- we refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
